Maharshi Jyotish Pandit Shukla: The Astrologer Pt. Shukla L S was born in Varanasi, the holiest place in the world. By virtue of his birth in Varanasi, Astorlogical principals were a part of the customs and Rituals of life. Education in the subject was an much a way of life as a focus of study. Pt.
